The Seagra Online Store U.S. offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping - Free on all qualifying items, except items that weigh more than 100 pounds or orders under $50. Delivers within 5 business days after shipping. Items shipped via United States Postal Service will deliver within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.

  • 2 Day Shipping - Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days after shipping.

  • 2-3 Day International Shipping - Guaranteed delivery within 2 to 3 business days after shipping.

  • Next Business Day - Guaranteed delivery within 1 business day after shipping. Delivery to some areas in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 2 business days after shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the Seagra Online Store. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online Order Status. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each shipment with the carrier's name and tracking information, if available. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped.

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

You can visit online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.

If you're shipping your order to someone else, you may want Seagra to let them know that something special is on the way. During checkout, simply enter the recipient's email address in the "Email Address (optional)" field of the Shipping module. The email will display product, carrier, and tracking information, but will not include pricing and payment details.

The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.

  • Items that ship within "24 hours" are estimated to ship the same or following business day.

  • Items with longer estimates ship from our warehouse within the timeframe indicated (e.g., 7-10 business days).

  • Custom-configuring your Mac or personalizing your iPod may take additional time to prepare for shipment, and will increase the 'Ships' timeframe.

The 'Delivers' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery date depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.

When you select expedited shipping, your item will take the same amount of time to prepare for shipment ('Ships'), but will expedite the time it takes to deliver to your doorstep ('Delivers').

If you paid for expedited shipping and did not receive your package on time, please call Seagra Store Customer Service at 1-949-419-6796.

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please call Seagra Store Customer Service at 1-949-419-6796.

If you are dissatisfied with an item, sign in to online Order Status with your Seagra ID and password to set up a return.

After you sign in, view the order details and click the Return items button. Select which items you would like to return and the reason for return. Once you've made your selections, press the Return Selected Items button. On the next screen, verify your return items and address, and click the Submit Return Request button.

Once you've submitted your return request, you will be presented with an address label. Click the Print Label button to print your address label and packaging slip. Affix the address label to the outside of your return box. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with the packaging slip. We recommend using the original packaging if you are returning a computer.

You are responsible for shipping the items back to Seagra Technology, Inc, including any shipping fees. Items must be received by the Seagra Technology, Inc Returns Center within 10 calendar days of your return request. Once we receive the item(s) we will process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.

If you do not have an Seagra ID, or the item you've received is incorrect or damaged, contact Seagra Technology, Inc Customer Service at 1-949-419-6796. Seagra Technology, Inc Store Customer Service representatives are available Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.

If you're having trouble with your new Seagra product, please visit online Product Support or contact Seagra Technical Support before attempting a return in online Order Status. If Seagra Technical Support cannot resolve your issue, contact Seagra Store Customer Service at 1-949-419-6796 for a return.

If you're having trouble with a non-Seagra product outside of Seagra's 10 day return policy, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at the Seagra Technology, Inc returns center. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

  • Seagra Gift Card payments will be refunded in the form of a new Seagra Gift Card within eight business days. Please allow up to five business days to receive your new Seagra Gift Card via United States Postal Service (USPS) after processing.

  • Cash payments will be refunded in the form of a check from Seagra, which will be mailed to your billing address within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned package.

For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  2. Seagra Gift Cards
